We craft all our hair claws from cellulose acetate, a renewable material derived from natural sources like wood pulp or cotton fibers. Not only are they stylish and durable, but they also promote sustainability!

Cellulose acetate is biodegradable under certain conditions and generally has lower toxicity than traditional plastics, making it an environmentally conscious choice for your accessories.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Something didn’t work out? Don’t sweat it. We get it! 

Online Returns

  • We understand that sometimes buying online can be a roll of the dice. If something you ordered didn’t work out, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective items within 14 days of your order’s arrival. All packing must be intact and all tags must be attached.
  • Online purchases can be returned for store credit or original payment only.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges online – However, customers can easily return and purchase new items in one transaction all through our returns portal. This ensures that you can get any available stock before it sells out.
  • Discounted or Final Sale items are non-returnable.
  • We are a small, but dedicated team. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return once it has been received.

International Returns

  • International returns may be submitted for store credit only. At this time, we do not cover return shipping labels for international shipping.

All Jenny Lemons products are backed by a 90-day warranty. Please email support@jennylemons.com with a picture and brief description of any issues. We’ll be more than happy to get you a replacement. We welcome feedback and are always working with our manufacturers and production team to make the best products possible.

We do indeed ship internationally!

Customers may be responsible for taxes and duties. 

Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Use this to follow your package's journey to you. Very rarely, USPS preemptively marks packages delivered. If your package has been marked delivered by USPS, but it isn’t there yet, we ask that you give it a day or two. You can always reach out to your local post office or mail carrier. They’re a friendly and helpful bunch.

Unfortunately, package theft is a very real problem. We know this all too well. Sadly though, we can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. USPS Priority Mail is insured up to $100. A claim can easily be filed online after 15 days of the original delivery date.

That being said, we really want you to get your stuff and enjoy it. If you do not receive your package, please reach out to support@jennylemons.com and we’ll do our darndest to help you.
