Warranty
- All Jenny Lemons products are backed by a 90-day warranty. Please email orders@jennylemons.com with a picture and brief description of any issues. We’ll be more than happy to get you a replacement. We welcome feedback and are always working with our manufacturers and production team to make the best products possible.
Online Returns
- We understand that sometimes buying online can be a roll of the dice. If something you ordered didn’t work out, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective items within 14 days of your order’s arrival. All packing must be intact and all tags must be attached.
- Online purchases can be returned for store credit or original payment only.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges online – However, customers can easily return and purchase new items in one transaction all through our returns portal. This ensures that you can get any available stock before it sells out.
- Discounted or Final Sale items are non-returnable.

Care + Handling
✹ Avoid Moisture: Keep your dangle earrings dry. Remove them before swimming, showering, or exercising to prevent tarnishing and potential damage to any delicate components. If they do get wet, dry them immediately with a soft cloth.
✹ Store Properly: Store your dangle earrings in a jewelry box or hang them on an earring holder to prevent tangling and damage. This keeps them organized and protects them from getting scratched or bent.
✹ Handle with Care: Dangle earrings can be delicate. When putting them on and taking them off handle them gently by the hooks or posts, rather than pulling on the dangling parts, to avoid bending or breaking.
