- All Jenny Lemons products are backed by a 90-day warranty. Please email orders@jennylemons.com with a picture and brief description of any issues. We’ll be more than happy to get you a replacement. Love Jenny Lemons claw clips. They are SUCH good quality! (I also have the large sandwich one which is my favorite). This XL grapefruit is a great size for my long hair. The large grapefruit one was not deep enough to hold all of it up. The XL is a bit heavy though. (I found the deli sandwich one to be a perfect fit though, even though it was only the large because it had a bigger depth measurement. So check out the dimensions of the clips if you too have long thick hair).
So I searched every clip and all over Instagram hoping to see how these clips fit thick afro hair (i have microlocs). The claws are not long enough to grip my hair. I grabbed some front pieces and clipped just those but it defeats the purpose of getting the xl. I'm posting my picture for anyone else with my experience. I have buyer's remorse unfortunately because I was so excited but it just didn't fit my hair. It feels strong but I worry it will break and then I'll really be sad so I'm going to return.

This clip is SO cute but I’m bummed at the size. The picture shows it next to a claw clip that actually holds all my hair - you can see that the grapefruit clip is a lot narrower. I was really hopeful that the XL clip would work for my thick hair, but it doesn’t :/

I love all of the clips I got! They’re all very strong and sturdy, and the XL size are huge— perfect for my super long hair. I also couldn’t resist getting the crab even though it was only available in size L— I’m still making it work with half-up half-down hairstyles :-)
The XL grapefruit hair claw is great and ginormous (in a good way ☺️) - one of the biggest hair claws I’ve ever seen!! 😮 Also, it has a lot of depth too for those who have very thick, long hair - thanks for listening to those who enjoy 💕 using your products (such as users and reviewers) by creating larger sized claw clips to accommodate lots of hair! ☺️

So cute and really great quality! It doesn’t seem like it will break easily - which is a problem I have had with other hair clips .
This clip is almost perfect. I have long thick hair and it all fits in this clip if I put it up a very particular way. I wish it were just a teeny bit roomier, but it’s so cute and fun! I’m excited to wear it all summer.

I love the design of the grapefruit clip, I just wish it was wider. I had been wanting to purchase from here but was skeptical that the claws would hold my hair because I have extremely thick hair and a lot of it at that. When I saw you were releasing an XL clip I thought I’d finally be able to try one. Unfortunately the issue is not the length of the clip, it’s the width. I would need something with a larger width to hold all my hair up.

Love the design of this claw clip and was excited to see that it now comes in a larger size as I have long, thick, difficult to manage hair. Unfortunately it feels a bit weak so I’m not sure how long it will hold up even though the size is great. It doesn’t feel very secure when I put all my hair in it. I may need to use it more for a half up half down style, in which case I don’t need it to be quite so large. I’m going to try and make it work though because it is so cute!
