Order Processing
- Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.
- During new launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
- We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts).
- Free Shipping goes out via USPS Ground Advantage which is a 5-7 business day service with no guaranteed delivery date from the carrier.
- If you need an order by a certain date, we suggest upgrading to UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day and accounting for fulfillment time.
- Orders under $50 will be charged shipping rates calculated at checkout.
- We ship domestic orders via USPS or UPS and other trackable carrier services. Delivery timelines vary by location. Please note that carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide through USPS International and other international carrier partners.
- International delivery timelines vary by destination and may take several weeks depending on local customs processing and carrier conditions.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking information is sent automatically once your order ships.
- Please note that tracking updates can occasionally be delayed while packages are in transit. Jenny Lemons is not responsible for packages delayed by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Jenny Lemons is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
- If your package is returned to us, we’re happy to help reship it once the address has been updated. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Fulfillment Partners
Our store is hosted on Shopify, and we work with trusted fulfillment partners to process, package, and ship orders. These partners may be located within the United States or abroad and only receive the information necessary to fulfill your purchase.
