- All Jenny Lemons products are backed by a 90-day warranty. Please email orders@jennylemons.com with a picture and brief description of any issues. We’ll be more than happy to get you a replacement. - We understand that sometimes buying online can be a roll of the dice. If something you ordered didn’t work out, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective items within 14 days of your order’s arrival. All packing must be intact and all tags must be attached.

the plastic the claw is made out of is very sturdy and well made. the design is so cute and functional. the claw clips my hair well but doesn’t tug while holding my hair in place.

it is way smaller than expected. i think i maybe got the wrong one because this is so small, its like the size of the mini mushroom i have. and its way smaller than the midi shiitake mushroom
