Warranty

• All Jenny Lemons products are backed by a 90-day warranty. Please email orders@jennylemons.com with a picture and brief description of any issues. We’ll be more than happy to get you a replacement. We welcome feedback and are always working with our manufacturers and production team to make the best products possible. 

Online Returns

• We understand that sometimes buying online can be a roll of the dice. If something you ordered didn’t work out, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective items within 14 days of your order’s arrival. All packing must be intact and all tags must be attached.
• Online purchases can be returned for store credit or original payment only.
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges online – However, customers can easily return and purchase new items in one transaction all through our returns portal. This ensures that you can get any available stock before it sells out.
• Discounted or Final Sale items are non-returnable.
• We are a small, but dedicated team. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return once it has been received.

✹ Avoid Moisture: Keep your earrings dry. Remove them before swimming, showering, or exercising to prevent tarnishing. If they do get wet, dry them immediately with a soft cloth.

✹ Handle with Care: To keep your earrings looking their best, gently polish them with a polishing cloth to remove any tarnish or fingerprints. Regular polishing will help maintain their shine.

✹ Protect from Chemicals: Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and household cleaners, as these can cause the gold plating to wear off. Put on your earrings last when getting ready to minimize exposure.
