- All Jenny Lemons products are backed by a 90-day warranty. Please email orders@jennylemons.com with a picture and brief description of any issues. We’ll be more than happy to get you a replacement. - We understand that sometimes buying online can be a roll of the dice. If something you ordered didn’t work out, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective items within 14 days of your order’s arrival. All packing must be intact and all tags must be attached.

I thought this was more of a fashion/novelty item and didn't expect it to hold much hair. I was wrong. This is one of the sturdiest claw clips I own. (the others are also Jenny Lemons clips)
First time buyer and while an extremely cute clip, I am sorry to say this broke within a week of receiving it, which is unfortunately normal for my hair. The claws are glued onto the croissant clip rather than being part of the whole piece, so it was a clean break that I may be able to fix with epoxy. Probably won’t buy again since there seems to be an incompatibility but very cute and if my hair wasn’t bionic I would probably buy again.
