- All Jenny Lemons products are backed by a 90-day warranty. Please email orders@jennylemons.com with a picture and brief description of any issues. We’ll be more than happy to get you a replacement. Online Returns
- We understand that sometimes buying online can be a roll of the dice. If something you ordered didn’t work out, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective items within 14 days of your order’s arrival. All packing must be intact and all tags must be attached.
- Online purchases can be returned for store credit or original payment only.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges online – However, customers can easily return and purchase new items in one transaction all through our returns portal. This ensures that you can get any available stock before it sells out.

This clip is completely ADORABLE! It was ordered as a gift and the recipient (my niece) was thrilled with it. Very nice and adorable
Super cute and made very well. Its a bit difficult to grasp to open, though, due to the angle of the "eyes"/top of the clip. It flies across the room if it slips out of my fingers.
