Warranty
- All Jenny Lemons products are backed by a 90-day warranty. Please email orders@jennylemons.com with a picture and brief description of any issues. We’ll be more than happy to get you a replacement. We welcome feedback and are always working with our manufacturers and production team to make the best products possible.

- We understand that sometimes buying online can be a roll of the dice. If something you ordered didn’t work out, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective items within 14 days of your order’s arrival. All packing must be intact and all tags must be attached.
- Online purchases can be returned for store credit or original payment only.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges online – However, customers can easily return and purchase new items in one transaction all through our returns portal. This ensures that you can get any available stock before it sells out.

I have already worn this two times and got so many compliments. Can wear it a variety of ways due to the size. The added flower blossoms make it ultra luxe.
It's cute in concept but the teeth are so small/short that it doesn't grab very much hair for how big/long the overall clip is. so it doesn't work for me for what it is.

Light weight and super strong so happy
Love this clip, the flowers make it look so cute and realistic! I only wish it was bigger! It’s adveritsed as a ‘large’ but as someone with long to medium length hair, it’s definitely more of a medium size. It would probably work best for someone with thin hair, but if you have hair on the thicker side, stick with a size XL clip

This is an adorable clip! It's a little smaller than I had expected (given that it is the large size) and it's a bit small for my thick hair, but I love it and will wear it anyway.
