I first came across Jenny Lemon’s hair clips in a store called edge of urge that I found online. Then I decided to see if she had her own website; and sure enough there it was! I was more than happy to order several clips that I love because the designs are so cute and I also love that they are made with good materials. I love the claw clips, they are high quality and cute. Those are two things that are hard to find together but Jenny Lemons does it perfectly.
I have thick hair…annoyingly thick. Your average clip is infuriating and either breaks while trying to get my hair in or just refuses to hold but maybe 4 hairs. Not Jenny Lemons clips! These babies are durable, adorable, and do their job! I have at least one of each size and they never fail me.

I messaged customer service and said: I really appreciate the replacement you sent for my daughter’s strawberry clip—it means a lot that you took the time to make it right. Your customer service has been wonderful, and we truly appreciate the effort. I did want to share that, unfortunately, the replacement isn’t working well for us. The clips seem to be rubbing against each other, making it hard to close properly, and it keeps slipping out of her hair. I’ve attached a video so you can see what’s happening. At this point, I think we’ll just move on from the strawberry clip and look elsewhere for something that works better for her hair. But I wanted to share this feedback in case it helps with future designs or quality checks. Regardless, we really appreciate the support and kindness from your team!
