Come visit us at 3043 24th Street in the vibrant Mission District! In addition to our line of garments, we are carrying the work of other local artisans, offering DIY workshops, and selling a curated selection of art supplies. 

Open Monday - Friday 12PM - 7PM

Saturday + Sunday 11AM - 6PM

Do you wholesale your products?

Are you a maker looking to sell your work at Jenny Lemons? Please contact hello@jennylemons.com. We get a lot of requests, so unfortunately we are only able to respond to submissions that are the right fit for our store.

When will my order be shipped?

We are a small but mighty team. We ship all in-stock items within 4 business days* via trackable USPS Priority or First Class mail.

*Orders containing preorder items ship when we receive them. This includes orders that contain both preorder and in-stock items. Thanks for helping us use less boxes!

Where is my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Use this to follow your package's journey to you. Very rarely, USPS preemptively marks packages delivered. If your package has been marked delivered by USPS, but it isn’t there yet, we ask that you give it a day or two. You can always reach out to your local post office or mail carrier. They’re a friendly and helpful bunch.

Unfortunately, package theft is a very real problem. We know this all too well. Sadly though, we can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. USPS Priority Mail is insured up to $100. A claim can easily be filed online after 15 days of the original delivery date.

That being said, we really want you to get your stuff and enjoy it. If you do not receive your package, please reach out to orders@jennylemons.com and we’ll do our darndest to help you.

We do indeed ship internationally!

Customers may be responsible for taxes and duties.
