Warranty

  • All Jenny Lemons products are backed by a 90-day warranty. Please email orders@jennylemons.com with a picture and brief description of any issues. We’ll be more than happy to get you a replacement. We welcome feedback and are always working with our manufacturers and production team to make the best products possible. 

Package Protection

  • We know that packages can get damaged, lost, or worse yet, stolen. That's why are happy to offer Redo to our customer's at check out. Redo ensure's that you will be covered in the event that you don't receive your package, or it arrives damaged in a way not covered by our warranty. If you have purchased Redo with your order you can start a claim HERE.

Online Returns

  • We understand that sometimes buying online can be a roll of the dice. If something you ordered didn’t work out, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective items within 14 days of your order’s arrival. All packing must be intact and all tags must be attached.
  • Online purchases can be returned for store credit or original payment only.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges online – However, customers can easily return and purchase new items in one transaction all through our returns portal. This ensures that you can get any available stock before it sells out.
  • Discounted or Final Sale items are non-returnable.
  • We are a small, but dedicated team. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return once it has been received.
