Online Workshop 7/26: Embroidered Fruiti-licious Tote Bag
This online workshop takes place on Tuesday, July 26th, from 5 PM to 7 PM PT via Zoom Meeting. You will receive login directions before the workshop.
Squeeze some fun out of grocery shopping and running errands with this fruity tote bag.
Join Melissa Galbraith of MCreativeJ in learning how to embroider fruit onto a tote
bag. We'll use the backstitch, seed stitch, French Knot, and the reverse chain stitch to add fruity details to a canvas tote.
Kits are mailed to you and include:
- 4" embroidery hoop
- canvas tote bag
- Eight peel, stick and stitch fruit designs
- embroidery needle
- full skeins of DMC embroidery floss in various colors
- printed instructions

About the instructor:
Melissa Galbraith is the fiber artist behind MCreativeJ. She was born and raised in the desert of Washington state, where her mother instilled a love of making things by hand at an early age. Melissa enjoys making physical works of art, playing with colors, and creating texture. She draws inspiration from the desert and plants to create whimsical and modern fiber art. Melissa loves sharing her skills with others through Pattern Club and both online and in-person workshops.
