In-Person Workshop 2/7: Flower Arranging Workshop
This is an IN-PERSON workshop on Monday, February 7th, from 6 PM - 7 PM PST.
Location: The Ruby: 23rd and Bryant Street in The Mission (San Francisco, CA). We will email you the exact address before the class.
Just in time for Valentine's Day, learn to build a beautiful medium sized, vased, flower arrangement using chicken wire and waterproof floral tape – an eco friendly alternative to floral foam.
In this workshop, you will learn the basic skills and mechanics of floral design and walk away ready to recreate on your own. Each student will leave class with a completed arrangement and new skills to last a lifetime. All levels of DIY welcome!
All tools, seasonal blooms, vases, and materials will be provided.
About the instructor:
Annie Heath is the founder of Ida Blooms, a Bay Area floral design studio on a mission to share the beauty of DIY flowers. Annie believes flowers offer much more than accent decor: they’re an incredible tool for mental health, a relationship builder, and a form of art. In addition to full service florals, Ida Blooms specializes in services for the DIY bride and offers private flower arranging workshops. Annie lives in Alameda with her husband & one year old son. She flowers out of the detached garage in back.
