Becca Compton lives and works in Oakland, CA (traditional Chochenyo and Karkin Ohlone land). As a child, Becca loved to deconstruct and reimagine jewelry she found at thrift stores, but it wasn't until she attended a lapidary class in college when she realized she could blend her love for geology and jewelry design into an actual practice. She keeps her designs minimal as she continues to draw inspiration from the metal and stones she uses. She aims to create modern heirlooms that are thoughtfully and entirely handmade.
